Our Proven Process, Produces Results

1. LET’S MEET

Review of all pertinent literature (e.g. mission statement, marketing materials, website, existing key messages) and briefing materials.

2. WE PLAN

Develop a comprehensive, draft communications plan including situation analysis, objectives, strategies, key messages, tactics, and timelines.

3. EXECUTE

Implement the communications plan where specific deliverables and timetables are delivered (e.g. local and national story pitches, desk-side briefings with reporters, news release dissemination).

4. MONITOR

Regular and ongoing communications with the client to assess results against objectives and expectations, and to ensure needs are being met.

5. REPORT
